Our Curriculum

Our 52-week research-based curriculum highlights themes such as emotional-regulation, self-compassion, and the importance of curiosity through the building blocks of mindfulness. We dive deeper into the theme each week through guiding questions, which direct our activities and conversations.

Our robust curriculum was created by a team of experienced collaborators, including social workers, school counselors, educators, trauma-informed specialists and youth program experts.

Little Sprouts

Our Little Sprouts curriculum, for ages 2-5, is designed to teach basic mindfulness elements through age-appropriate breath-work techniques, story time, and creative visualization, all approached in a fun, exciting way.

Growga Kids

Growga Kids curriculum, for ages 5-10, is designed to improve body awareness and encourage the development of communication and social skills.

Growga Teens curriculum, for ages 11+, focuses on introspection and connection. It offers teens opportunities to learn more about and practice mindfulness in a way that is engaging and applicable to their lives.
