Growga Kids classes include Social Emotional Learning, yoga/movement, and mindfulness. We offer programming for toddlers to teens that is engaging and fun. In addition to offering mindfulness techniques for the child, we also give resources and conversation starters that families can bring home with them to continue their journey together.
Our Little Sprouts program is for ages 2-5. They learn basic mindfulness elements through age-appropriate breath-work techniques, mindfulness, story time, and creative visualization, all approached in a fun, exciting way.
Growga Kids classes for ages 5-10 are designed to improve body awareness, and encourage the development of communication and social skills.
Growga Teens classes are a chance for teens and tweens to disconnect from technology, relax, do yoga, and connect. We offer Growga classes, workshops, and trainings for Tweens (9-12) and Teens (13-18).
